1.1. These Terms and Conditions regulate the rules for purchasing AI usage tokens and subscription plans via the online platform (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider").
1.2. The payment services are provided by Stripe, Inc., with its headquarters at 354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA.
1.3. By using the payment services, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the regulations set forth by Stripe, Inc.
2. Company Information3.1. Upon successful payment confirmation, the digital tokens or subscription services will be available to the User immediately or within the specified processing time.
3.2. Users must ensure they provide accurate account details to access their purchases.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy4.1. As per Polish consumer law and Stripe’s refund regulations, Users may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the service has not been used.
4.2. Refund requests must be submitted via email to contact.investron@gmail.com, and the refund will be processed using the same payment method through Stripe.
4.3. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.
5. Complaint Handling Policy5.1. Complaints regarding transactions should be directed to the Service Provider within 30 days of the transaction date.
5.2. Disputes related to payment processing may also be addressed to Stripe, Inc. in accordance with their dispute resolution procedures.
5.3. The Service Provider will acknowledge and process complaints within 14 days of receipt.
6. Data Protection and Privacy Policy6.1. The Service Provider acts as a data controller for Users' personal data and ensures compliance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.
6.2. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe, Inc., and the Service Provider does not store payment details.
